FSC® Promotional Trademark Licences
Did you know that if you purchase finished, FSC-labelled products from an FSC-certified company and sell these on, unchanged, to end-users you may apply or an FSC® Promotional Trademark Licence?
What is a promotional licence?
A promotional licence will enable you to use the FSC trademarks to promote these products.
Additionally, if you use but do not sell, FSC certified products within your business you can apply for a licence to promote this. For example, companies who have sourced FSC certified office paper or furniture.
How to apply
To apply contact your local Trademark Service Provider. FSC UK is the Trademark Service Provider for the UK. They can be contacted by email at trademark@fsc-uk.org.
