Recruitment companies who are looking for ISO Certification
Over the last week, we have seen a significant increase in recruitment companies who are looking for ISO Certification. Primarily companies that recruit nurses and healthcare professionals.
After speaking to these companies it has become apparent that they are recruiting NHS staff in the current situation.
Why are they looking for ISO Certification?
We are finding that in order to apply for these tenders the recruitment company must have UKAS Certification.
What happens if they do not have certification
In a lot of cases, it will be that you will not be able to apply for the tender if you do not have certification.
If they do allow you to apply then you run the risk of being overlooked in favour of a company who does!
