Interface becomes Employee Owned!
We are delighted to announce that Interface NRM is now employee-owned!
To the outside world, there will be little discernible change: Gavin and Mike will remain as Directors, and Tim Barker, previously Operations Manager, is now the third Director. Internally, it means all our staff are beneficiaries through an employee trust, so they influence the business and directly benefit from its success. There is a short press release here that gives more information.
A core benefit of employee ownership is staff motivation, engagement, and satisfaction. Therefore we will be able to maintain our high levels of customer, associate, and consultant satisfaction over the coming years, the main factor that differentiates us from so many other Certification Bodies.
As a team, we are all very excited about what the future holds for Interface!

We are a UKAS Accredited Certification Body based in the Midlands.
The Certification services we provide are UKAS ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, FSC® and also PEFC.
